Keto Crack Chicken Casserole
Servings: 6

1 cup heavy cream
3 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 cups Colby Jack cheese, shredded
2 tbsp Ranch seasoning
2 lbs chicken, cooked and shredded
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp
9 oz Natural Heaven Veggie Pasta Noodles

1.   Preheat oven to 350F
2.   Prep ingredients: cook and shred chicken; cook and crumble bacon; grate cheese.
3.   In a medium sauce pan, bring heavy cream to a gentle simmer.
4.   Add cream cheese and Dijon mustard to heavy cream and stir until melted and smooth.
5.   Turn heat to lowest setting and slowly add shredded cheese to sauce pan. Stir in between additions to ensure cheese is melted completely. Turn off heat.
6.   Add remaining ingredients to the sauce pan, reserving some bacon crumbles for the top of the casserole. Stir until completely combined.
7.   Spoon into an 8x8 baking dish and sprinkle with reserved bacon crumbles.
8.   Bake 30-45 minutes until heated through and bubbling around the edges.
