Keto Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo Skillet
Servings: 4

2 tbsp olive oil
2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless skinless, diced
2 tbsp butter
2 cups broccoli, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup white cooking wine
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

1.    Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium high heat.
2.    Add chicken to skillet and sauté until no longer pink.
3.    Add butter, garlic and seasonings to skillet, stirring until butter is melted. 
4.    Add broccoli and sauté 3-5 minutes.
5.    Deglaze skillet with white cooking wine, scraping up all bits and pieces.
6.    Cube cream cheese and add to skillet, stirring gently until well combined.
7.    Slowly stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese until desired consistency. 

       Serve over palm noodles, zoodles or cauliflower rice.
