Macadamia Nut Basil Pesto
Servings: 12

1/3 cup Macadamia nuts (raw or roasted)
1 cups fresh basil
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp black pepper


1.         Place macadamia nuts into a blender or food processor. Pulse several times until they are broken up into smaller pieces.
2.         Add the remaining ingredients to the blender.
3.         Pulse, scraping sides occasionally with a spatula, until the desired consistency is reached.
