Noodles:
2 large Eggs
4 oz Philadelphia
Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup Parmesan
Cheese, grated
1 1/2 cup
Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Basil
1/4 tsp Garlic
Powder
1/4 tsp Onion
Powder
Filling
1 lb Ground Beef,
85% lean
1 1/2 cups Rao
Marinara Sauce
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Garlic
Powder
1 tsp Basil
1 cup Mozzarella
Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan,
shredded
Noodles:
Preheat the oven
to 375F and line cookie sheet with parchment. Using
mixer, blend eggs and cream cheese until smooth. Add Parmesan and spices and
blend until combined. Add mozzarella and fold in with spoon or spatula, do not
use the mixer. Spread the mixture in the prepared baking dish and bake for
20-25 minutes. Cool in the fridge for 20-30 minutes before cutting in half.
Filling &
Assembly:
In a large
skillet, brown the ground beef. Add spices and marinara sauce and stir to
combine, simmer for 10 minutes. Put 1/3 of the beef mixture in the bottom of an
8"x8" baking dish. Top with 1/2 of the noodle and then another third
of the sauce. Sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzarella and the Parmesan over sauce, top with
second 1/2 of the noodle. Top with remaining sauce and mozzarella. Bake at 350F
for 20 minutes until bubbly and hot. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
