cream cheese, softened
½ cup
butter, softened
½ cup
Swerve, confectioners
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1. In a medium
bowl, with a mixer, cream butter and cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add Swerve
and slowly mix to avoid it blowing everywhere!
3. Scrape sides
and add vanilla extract, and any other desired flavorings, mixing until blended
and smooth.
4. Fold in any
nuts, nibs or chocolate pieces.
5. Scoop or
spoon into condiment containers with lids for on the go snacks or onto
parchment to freeze and bag.
Flavor Combinations
Dreamsicle: add 1-2 tbsp
orange extract
Key Lime Pie: add 2 tbsp
sugar free lime jello
Lemon: add 1 tsp lemon
extract and 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Maple Bacon: add 1-2 tsp maple extract, 2 strips of chopped bacon
Reese’s PB: add 2 tbsp cocoa
powder and 2 tbsp PB2 powder
Chocolate Nut: add 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 2 tbsp chopped almonds or
other nuts
Raspberry Cheesecake: add 2
tbsp sugar free raspberry jello
Chocolate Chip:
add 2 tbsp cocoa powder and 2 tbsp sugar free chocolate
Gingerbread:
add ½ tsp ground ginger, ¼ tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp nutmeg
Pumpkin Pie:
add 2 tbsp pumpkin puree and 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Coffee Mocha:
add 2 tbsp cocoa powder and 2 tbsp instant coffee or espresso
Jalapeno Popper: omit Swerve, add 1 jalapeno minced & ½ cup grated cheddar
