Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole

2 lb chicken thighs, cooked, cubed
8 slices bacon, cooked, chopped
4 cups broccoli, cut into florets
3 cloves garlic, minced
¾ cup ranch dressing
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Ranch Dressing
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
½ cup heavy cream
1 tsp dried dill weed
½ tsp parsley
½ tsp chives
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
2 tsp lemon juice

1.   Prepare ranch dressing by combining all ingredients and whisking until combined. Refrigerate until ready for use.
2.   Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
3.   Place broccoli into a pot of boiling water and boil 1-2 minutes until bright green.
4.   Combine chicken, bacon, broccoli, garlic, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheeses in a large bowl. Fold together until combined evenly.
5.   Transfer to a 9x13 in. casserole dish.
6.   Top with remaining shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
7.   Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through.
